Oracle Developer - Perm

An Oracle Developer is required for this prestigious financial organisation. You will have experience in Oracle database design and development preferably within an Investment Banking or Electronic Trading environment. Money markets experience desirable.

You will be required to work as technical owner responsible for the design and development of the application database (Oracle) as well as single point of contact for all matters relating to the use of Oracle technologies.

Skills required;

* Strong Oracle 10g, SQL, AQ, ESQL, PL/SQL, database design, tuning, stored procedures and triggers.
* Minimum 5 years Oracle experience in a UNIX (preferably Solaris/Linux) environment.
* Experience of Oracle application interfaces (preferably in a C++ environment) including OCCI, OCI, ESQL, PRO C, SQL Loader (XML, CSV.)

Desirable skills;

* ClearCase experience.
* Shell scripting languages, preferably shell, bash, python.
