Posted: Aug 25, 2010 01:54:56 PM I'm testing a ClearCase upgrade from 2003.06 to 7.1.1.2 and I've found what appears to be a bug in the Solaris-sparc 7.1.1.2 version (the problem also exists in 7.1.1.0). I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing this behavior.

When editing baseline dependencies (to setup a composite baseline) using the CC Project Explorer GUI (UCM), I am only able to drag-and-drop one component into my rootless component. The first one goes fine but after that, I am not able to "grab" any more components using the middle mouse buttons. I have verified that this works fine on Linux-x86 CC-7.1.1.2. I am going to test this on a 7.1.1.2 Windows client later this afternoon.

If you are using CC UCM 7.1.1.x on Solaris-sparc, can you please try this and let me know if you encounter the problem? You can try it without actually affecting your project. Just edit baseline dependencies, try to setup the relationships and CANCEL.

Thanks,

-Jeff Ng
