Stated shortly, it is business as usual. The tool is actively maintained and developed. There were problems about contacting support in the transition days, but now it works. And several support persons are the same.
The Telelogic web site was eaten by a huge IBM site, and is difficult to navigate. (like I heard of ClearCase.)
There is a long term plan to integrate Synergy and ClearCase in one platform, so if I were on the ClearCase side, I would wait. Other people may know more.
