1. Is this something you had and lost? If so, could you restore from backup?
2. I'm not sure, being too different DB's if they'd ever match as far as the key UID's and stuff.
3. If the other two haven't killed the thought yet, I guess you could create a baseline based on a filter for the items you want. and if it have some extra items or is missing items, you can create revised baselines until you get it correct.
4. How you get a baseline from one DB too the other, I have no idea.
I know this wasn't very helpful, but at least it might spark some discussion.
