Subject: Teamtrack attachments being removed from email - by: Nikolay Ruban

I have Teamtrack configured to allow the reply of emails sent from issues to automatically get attached as notes to the issue it was sent from. But when the reply has an attachment the attachment is not being added to the issue but only the note with the body.

This is what I am seeing in the Mailclient log.

11/17/2010 10:53:51: User, Terry Richards, was found with, trichards@abs-inc.com, email address. EmailHeader, 'From'
11/17/2010 10:53:51: Delete Message Number '1'
11/17/2010 10:55:51: Begin Processing Message Number '1', mailbox 'ttresponse'

11/17/2010 10:55:51: Retrieving multipart message
11/17/2010 10:55:51: Creating attachment 'Logo_WestconGroup.jpg'
11/17/2010 10:55:51: Remove File from Attachments Directory, 'Logo_WestconGroup.jpg'
11/17/2010 10:55:51: User, Terry Richards, was found with, trichards@abs-inc.com, email address. EmailHeader, 'From'
11/17/2010 10:55:52: Delete Message Number '1'

It seems the attachment gets created then immediately removed.
Anyone know why?
