cleartool: Error: Trouble contacting registry on host "SRV1.bj.com": ti

med out trying to communicate with ClearCase remote server.

server on unix. A user using clearcase works well on unix, But he using clearcase has above issue on windows xp.
other users work well on unix and windows.

please help me . Many thanks!
