Deliver in-place by applying labels.
Don't use UCM.

The scripts mentioned earlier (in the url) use an attribute on the integration stream as a semaphore.
I understand that this would defeat the purpose of using several integration views?
Several parallel integration views make it possible for developers to lock each other with checkouts, even with the semaphore...
Is that what restricting to using one shared view would prevent?
I'd love to read more on the pros and cons...
I believe one can easily get into deadlocks between deliveries (at least forcing to cancel some of them for any to proceed).
Then there are dependencies between activities...
